¡ð All valves have undergone pressure testing;

¡ð All valves have been cleaned and meet the requirements of G-4.1 of the American Compressed ¡ð Gas Association, and can be used for liquid oxygen equipment;

¡ð The maximum working pressure is 69MPa, and the temperature ranges from -196¡æ to 30¡æ

Application

The low-temperature and high-pressure welding needle valve is designed for extreme working conditions and is suitable for ultra-low temperature medium systems such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, LNG, etc. It adopts a fully welded valve body structure to eliminate the risk of leakage; The valve core is a precision conical needle type, achieving precise adjustment and reliable cutoff of micro flow rate; The main material is mostly low-temperature carbon steel (LCB) or austenitic stainless steel (304L/316L), which can operate stably for a long time under conditions ranging from -196 ¡æ to room temperature and pressures up to PN100 or even PN250. It is widely used in the fields of air separation, energy, and chemical engineering.
