Needle Valve

The high-pressure double needle valve with ferrules is made of high-strength stainless steel and integrates two independent needle valve cores.

Performance

¡ð Integrated forged design

¡ð Dual valve stem design: upper valve stem with threaded hardening and lower valve stem with surface hardening

¡ð Isolate the lower valve stem thread lubricant from the system medium

¡ð Linear, rather than non-rotating, helical movement of the lower valve stem prevents wear and damage to the valve seat and tip, reducing the total friction area between the packing and the lower valve stem

¡ð Safety back seat seal in fully opened position

¡ð Each valve undergoes a sealing test before leaving the factory, and the test is conducted at a water pressure of 1.5 times the rated working pressure, with a 5% margin


Application
