Performance

Application

Hastelloy high-pressure needle valves are made of high-performance nickel based alloys such as Hastelloy C276 or B3, which have excellent resistance to strong acids, strong bases, and chloride ion corrosion. They are suitable for extremely corrosive media such as wet chlorine gas, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, etc; The overall forging structure can withstand pressure up to PN100 or above, coupled with precision needle valve cores and metal seals, achieving precise flow regulation and zero leakage shut-off under high pressure. It is widely used in harsh working conditions such as chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and marine engineering.
