ST00MG18

Needle Valve

The high-temperature and high-pressure card sleeve needle valve is made of integral forged heat-resistant alloy steel or stainless steel

Parameter

¡ð Port type: Card sleeve (BW butt welding, SW socket welding, UBM sleeve welding, threaded, etc.)

¡ð Working temperature: -20 ¡æ~520 ¡æ

¡ð Pressure environment: 6000PSI up to 10000psi (689bar) maximum

¡ð Drive mode: One character handle, handwheel

¡ð Nominal diameter: 3mm~28mm (1/8~1 ")

Valve body material: 304, 316SS, 321, Hastelloy, Monel alloy

Performance
¡ð Dual stem design: The upper stem is threaded hardened, the lower stem is smooth surface hardened, and the lubricating grease on the threads of the upper stem is isolated from the system medium
¡ð The linear operation of the non rotating lower valve stem replaces the spiral operation, thereby avoiding damage to the valve seat and valve tip components, and reducing the friction between the packing and the lower valve stem
¡ð Valve accessories can be selected according to different pressures, temperatures, and media to ensure that the valve will not leak under specific working conditions, and the sealing components will not be poorly sealed at the corresponding temperature. The valve core can be replaced to achieve shut-off and regulate flow interception
¡ð Optional valve panel fixation
¡ð The handle comes in multiple colors to choose from

Application

The high-temperature and high-pressure card sleeve needle valve is made of integral forged heat-resistant alloy steel or stainless steel (such as F316, F321, Inconel 625), suitable for harsh working conditions with working temperatures up to 570 ¡æ and pressures up to PN420; The end is connected with double card sleeves, which is easy to install, has good vibration resistance, and maintains reliable sealing under thermal cycling; The internal precision conical needle valve core, combined with a metal hard sealing structure, ensures precise adjustment of micro flow and zero leakage shut-off. It is widely used in high-end industrial fields such as power station instrument pipelines, petrochemical high-temperature reaction systems, supercritical fluids, and hydrogen energy.
