Application

The high-pressure socket welding needle valve adopts an integral forged valve body, with a compact structure and high strength, suitable for high-pressure, high-temperature or high-purity medium systems; The end is connected by socket welding (SW), which facilitates efficient welding and installation of small-diameter pipelines (usually DN ¡Ü 50), with reliable sealing and good vibration resistance; The nominal pressure can reach PN100-PN420, and the valve core is designed with a precision conical needle shape, combined with hard alloy or metal sealing pairs, to achieve precise adjustment and tight shut-off of micro flow.
