Needle Valve

The high-pressure butt-welding double needle valve is integrally forged from high-quality alloy steel or stainless steel, boasting excellent high-pressure resistance.

Performance

○ Integrated forged design

○ Dual valve stem design: upper valve stem with threaded hardening and lower valve stem with surface hardening

○ Isolate the lower valve stem thread lubricant from the system medium

○ Linear, rather than non-rotating, helical movement of the lower valve stem prevents wear and damage to the valve seat and tip, reducing the total friction area between the packing and the lower valve stem

○ Safety back seat seal in fully opened position

○ Each valve undergoes a sealing test before leaving the factory, and is tested at 5% of the rated working pressure with a water pressure of 1.5 times the rated working pressure


Application

With a dual-valve parallel design and compact structure, it facilitates the simultaneous control of on/off of two media paths. The needle valve core allows for precise flow adjustment.
