Application

The forged butt welded high-pressure needle valve adopts an integral forging structure, with no casting defects in the valve body, high strength, and good impact resistance. It is suitable for high-pressure, high-temperature, or hazardous medium working conditions, and has butt welded connections (BW) at both ends. Fully welded installation with pipelines to ensure zero leakage, widely used in petrochemical, hydrogen energy, LNG, and high-pressure testing systems; The nominal pressure can reach PN100-PN420, and the valve core is designed with a precision conical needle shape, equipped with a hard alloy sealing surface, to achieve precise adjustment of micro flow and reliable and tight shut-off.
