TS00MG10

Needle Valve

Ball head welded needle valve bodies are mostly made of integral forged stainless steel or alloy steel, with a pressure resistance of PN420 or above

Parameter

¡ð Port type: UBJ ball joint welding (OD sleeve, BW butt welding, SW socket welding, UBM sleeve welding, thread, etc.)

¡ð Working temperature: -20 ¡æ~520 ¡æ

¡ð Pressure environment: 6000PSI up to 10000psi (689bar) maximum

¡ð Drive mode: One character handle, handwheel

¡ð Nominal diameter: 3mm~28mm (1/8~1 ")

¡ð Valve body material: 304, 316, 316L, 321, Hastelloy, Monel alloy

Performance
¡ð Dual stem design: The upper stem is threaded hardened, the lower stem is smooth surface hardened, and the lubricating grease on the threads of the upper stem is isolated from the system medium
¡ð The linear operation of the non rotating lower valve stem replaces the spiral operation, thereby avoiding damage to the valve seat and valve tip components
¡ð Reduce the friction between the packing and the lower valve stem
¡ð Valve accessories can be selected according to different pressures, temperatures, and media to ensure that the valve will not leak under specific working conditions
¡ð At the corresponding temperature, the seal will not experience loose sealing
¡ð It can also be achieved by replacing the valve core to cut off and adjust the flow
¡ð The entire valve stem can also be customized according to user needs
¡ð Optional sealing materials: PTFE, PPL, graphite
¡ð Optional valve panel fixation
¡ð The handle has multiple colors or handwheels to choose from
¡ð Each valve undergoes a sealing test before leaving the factory, and is subjected to a sealing test at 5% of the rated working pressure and 1.5 times the water pressure

Application

The ball joint welded needle valve body is mostly made of integral forged stainless steel (such as 316/316L) or alloy steel, with a pressure resistance of PN420 or above; Equipped with a precision conical needle valve core, it can achieve precise adjustment and tight shut-off of small flow rates, and is widely used in high-end industrial fields such as hydraulic, petrochemical, hydrogen energy, semiconductor, and high-pressure testing equipment.
