Needle Valve

The high-temperature and high-pressure welded needle valve adopts an integral forged alloy steel or stainless steel valve body, with a temperature resistance of up to 570 ¡æ or above

Parameter

¡ð PTFE£º-65¨H-450¨H(-54¡æ-232¡æ)

¡ð PPL£º-65¨H-500¨H(-54¡æ-260¡æ)

¡ð Graphite: -65 ¨H -1200 ¨H (-54 ¡æ -649 ¡æ)

¡ð Caliber: 1/4 "~1", 6mm~28mm;

¡ð Working pressure: 6000PSIG (413bar)~10000PSIG (689bar)

¡ð Port types: BW (butt welding), SW (socket welding), UBM (loose fitting welding), threaded, etc

¡ð Material: Stainless steel SS316, 304, 321, F91, F92, and other special materials

Performance
¡ð Integrated body structure
¡ð Dual stem design: The upper stem is threaded hardened, and the lower stem is smooth surface hardened
¡ð Lubrication of the upper valve stem thread can isolate the system medium
¡ð The linear operation of the non rotating lower valve stem replaces the spiral operation, thereby avoiding damage to the valve seat and valve tip components, and reducing the friction between the packing and the lower valve stem
¡ð Optional panel installation and rotation
¡ð Double high lock bolts ensure a durable and stable connection of the handle
¡ð The handle comes in multiple colors to choose from

Application

The high-temperature and high-pressure welded needle valve adopts an integral forged alloy steel or stainless steel valve body, with a temperature resistance of over 570 ¡æ and a pressure resistance level of PN160~PN420; Both ends are connected by butt welding (BW) and fully welded to the pipeline to eliminate the risk of leakage; The precision conical needle valve core, combined with hard alloy or metal sealing structure, ensures excellent flow regulation accuracy and tight shut-off performance under high temperature and high pressure, and is widely used in harsh working conditions such as power plants, petrochemicals, hydrogen energy, and supercritical fluids.
