Performance

¡ð The threads of the valve stem and valve stem nut are rolled, greatly improving the thread cycle life;

Application

The welding high-pressure needle valve used in power plants is specially designed for thermal power generation, nuclear power, and supercritical units. It adopts a fully welded structure to eliminate the risk of external leakage and is suitable for media such as high-temperature and high-pressure steam, feedwater, and thermal oil; The valve body is mostly made of chromium molybdenum alloy steel (such as WC6, WC9) or stainless steel forged as a whole, with a pressure resistance of PN160-PN640 and a temperature resistance of up to 570 ¡æ; The precision needle valve core, combined with a hard sealing structure, ensures long-term stable operation and precise flow regulation, meeting the strict requirements of power station systems for safety, reliability, and long service life.
