Performance

○ The harsh working conditions combined with the valve cap needle valve can be applied to various harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and high erosion.

○ The design of the packing bolt allows for packing adjustment in the open position;

○ The threads of the valve stem and valve stem nut are rolled, greatly improving the thread cycle life;

○ Lubrication of the valve stem thread can isolate the system medium, and the valve seat plays a sealing role after the fully open position is safe;

○ Non rotating spherical valve tip with replaceable adjustable and V-shaped valve heads.

○ Each valve undergoes a sealing test before leaving the factory, and a sealing test is conducted at 1.5 times the rated working pressure with a water pressure of 5%.


Application

The welding high-pressure needle valve used in power plants is specially designed for thermal power generation, nuclear power, and supercritical units. It adopts a fully welded structure to eliminate the risk of external leakage and is suitable for media such as high-temperature and high-pressure steam, feedwater, and thermal oil; The valve body is mostly made of chromium molybdenum alloy steel (such as WC6, WC9) or stainless steel forged as a whole, with a pressure resistance of PN160-PN640 and a temperature resistance of up to 570 ℃; The precision needle valve core, combined with a hard sealing structure, ensures long-term stable operation and precise flow regulation, meeting the strict requirements of power station systems for safety, reliability, and long service life.
