Thermostatic Steam Trap

Thermostatic drain valves use temperature sensing elements to automatically open and close with temperature changes, and the drainage temperature can be adjusted.

Principle

○ The working principle of bimetallic drain valves is to utilize the temperature difference between saturated steam and condensed water

○ When the set temperature is reached, continuously discharge the condensed water

Parameter

○ Rated pressure: PN25

○ Maximum allowable pressure of valve body: 2.45 MPa/200 degrees Celsius

○ Maximum allowable temperature of valve body: 450 ° C/1.03MPa

○ Factory steam action test:>3 times/1.6MPa

○ Maximum working pressure: 2.1MPa

○ Maximum operating temperature: 350 degrees Celsius

○ Factory cold test pressure: 3.8MPa

○ Air test: 2.0MPa

Performance

○ The main body and valve cover are both made of forged A105 steel.

○ The valve disc and seat are made of special stainless steel that has undergone heat treatment.

○ The hardness of the valve disc is as high as HRC55, which extends the service life of the drain valve.

○ Imported bimetallic ensures precise temperature control.

○ The shutdown system adopts a high-precision line sealing structure.

○ The built-in filter ensures that the drain valve operates in a clean environment.

○ The back pressure rate can reach 50% or higher.

Application

○ Low temperature condensate discharge from steam tracing pipeline to prevent pipeline freezing

○ Drainage control point for radiators or heat exchange coils at the end of the heating system

○ Low temperature sterilization equipment condensate water recovery location in the food and pharmaceutical industry

○ Outdoor or cold regions where steam systems require antifreeze protection

○ Low pressure steam equipment with small load fluctuations and energy-saving operation requirements
