The core technological advantages of stainless steel flange solenoid valves
Corrosion resistance: 316L contains Mo element and is resistant to chloride ion pitting corrosion; Dual phase steel resistant to H ₂ S stress corrosion cracking
High strength connection: Flanged connections are more reliable than threaded connections and are suitable for DN ¡Ý 25 and high-pressure scenarios
High temperature adaptability: can be equipped with heat sinks or external coils, with a working temperature of 200-350 ¡æ
Sealing reliability: Metal hard seal or corrugated pipe seal to prevent external leakage
Maintenance convenience: coils can be replaced online, and flange disassembly does not require cutting pipes
Key points of selection
Material matching medium
Ordinary crude oil: 304/316 stainless steel;
Acidic oil and gas (including H ₂ S): 316L, 2205 duplex steel Inconel£»
Low temperature LNG: 304L/316L+cryogenic impact test (ASTM A351).
Pressure temperature rating
Select flange class according to ASME B16.34 or EN 1092-1 (e.g. Class 300 ¡Ö PN50);
Pay attention to the decrease in allowable stress of materials at high temperatures.
Explosion proof and functional safety
Dangerous areas must obtain ATEX/IECEx/GB 3836 certification;
It is recommended to use SIL2 and above products for ESD circuits.
Flow direction and installation
Most of them are one-way valves, pay attention to the direction of the valve body arrow;
When installed vertically, the coil should face upwards to prevent the accumulation of condensate.
Pre-Filtering
Crude oil contains impurities, it is recommended to install a Y-shaped filter (40-100 mesh) to prevent valve core jamming.
