Tianjin Beijiang Power Plant Thermal Pipeline Network

Project background:

SDIC Tianjin Beijiang Power Plant is located in Yingcheng Town, Hangu District, and is one of the first pilot units of national circular economy. The Phase I project of Tianjin Beijiang Power Plant will construct 2 × 1000MW power generation units and a 200000 tons/ day seawater desalination device. The first unit has been put into operation on September 24, 2009, and is the first million- kilowatt supercritical power generation unit put into operation in the north of the Yellow River in China. Its seawater desalination device is a large-scale seawater desalination project in China at present.

Product application:

Neptune provides a series of products, including metal sealed bi-directional triple eccentric butterfly valves and fully welded ball valves for the primary heating pipeline network of the project, with a maximum size to 56 inches. The valves are better shut-off and control valves for centralized heating, refrigeration, and remote crude oil transportation pipelines.

Project background:

CHD Guigang Electric Power CO.,LTD is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Huadian Corporation LTD.(CHD). It is the first supercritical million kilowatt level thermal power plant in Guangxi, and also the first environmental protection "three simultaneous" million unit thermal power plant. The company is located in Jiangcheng Village, Wule Town, Guigang City, Guangxi. As a power supply support point on the main channel of the West East Power Transmission, it has played a positive role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid and the reliability of power supply.

Product application:

Neptune has provided a series of fully welded ball valves for this project, which are better shut-off and control valves for centralized heating, cooling, and remote crude oil transportation pipelines.

Guoneng (Tianjin) Dagang Power Plant Co., Ltd. is located in the southeast of Tianjin, on the coast of Bohai Sea. It covers an area of 52.86 hectares and has a total installed capacity of 1314 MW. It is a thermal power plant of State Power Company. It has four Italian imported 328.5MW generating units with a total installed capacity of 1314MW. The company is a super large power generation enterprise of State Power Corporation of China and one of the main peak-regulating power plants of North China Power Grid.
