Performance

¡ð Bidirectional sealed knife gate valve, with no groove design, adopts a two-piece structure, and an improved polyurethane lined valve seat sealing ring fully protects the valve body from medium erosion, especially recommended for use in mining sites.

¡ð When closed, the gate moves downwards, and the bottom edge of the gate contacts the sealing strip, compressing the sealing strip into the groove to achieve sealing between the valve body and the gate;

¡ð When the gate valve is opened, it moves upward and the bottom edge of the gate valve separates from the sealing strip. The sealing strip bounces up and the groove is flat, which can prevent the medium sediment from accumulating in the groove of the valve body during use of the knife gate valve.

¡ð Not easy to block, no residue, easy to clean pipeline, thus effectively improving the sealing effect of knife gate valve and preventing leakage when the valve is closed. Specially recommended for use in mining sites.

¡ð Manual on-site cut-off control of underground drainage or coal slurry pipelines in coal mines

¡ð Manually operate the switch valve at the bottom discharge outlet of the thickener in the beneficiation plant
