Bellows Globe Valve

The high-temperature steam bellows globe valve utilizes a fully metal bellows seal, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 600℃, with zero external leakage.

Parameter

○ Nominal diameter: DN15-DN400mm

○ Nominal pressure: PN16-PN64 (corresponding to Class 150 – Class 300)

○ Applicable medium: superheated steam, saturated steam, high-temperature condensate

○ Operating temperature: ≤ 450 °C; high-temperature type can reach 540 °C

○ Connection method: flange

○ Valve body material: WCB, stainless steel

○ Valve stem material: stainless steel, alloy steel

○ Bellows material: stainless steel, alloy steel, special steel

○ Sealing form: full metal bellows seal + high temperature flexible graphite packing (double zero external leakage)

○ Operating mode: handwheel, bevel gear, pneumatic, electric

○ Medium flow direction: low inlet, high outlet

○ Design standard: API 602 / BS 5352 / ASME B16.34

○ Test standards: Shell test at 1.5×PN, seal test at 1.1×PN (as per API 598)

Performance

○ Designed specifically for high-temperature steam, it can operate stably at temperatures exceeding 500℃.

○ The fully sealed structure of the bellows prevents high-temperature steam leakage, ensuring safety.

○ The valve body and bonnet are forged as one piece, providing excellent resistance to thermal shock and thermal fatigue.

○ The valve core is guided accurately and reliably, ensuring smooth opening and closing without jamming and long service life.

○ Dual sealing of the packing chamber and bellows ensures zero leakage under extreme operating conditions.

Application

○ High-temperature and high-pressure cutoff and regulation system for main steam pipeline of utility boiler.

○ Overheated steam delivery and reaction heating pipelines for petrochemical cracking units.

○ The steam supply system for drying cylinders in the paper industry requires high-sealing control nodes.

○ On the high-temperature steam setting and heating process pipelines in chemical fiber production.

○ High-temperature saturated or superheated steam pipeline in the waste heat recovery system of a steel plant.
