Bellows Globe Valve

The large-diameter bevel gear bellows globe valve adopts a bevel gear transmission mechanism, which facilitates effortless operation and is suitable for large-diameter pipeline systems.

Parameter

○ Nominal diameter: DN200-DN400mm

○ Nominal pressure: PN16-PN64 (corresponding to Class 150 – Class 300)

○ Applicable medium: steam, heat transfer oil, high-temperature water, corrosive or toxic liquid/gas

○ Operating temperature: –40°C to +450°C

○ Connection method: flange connection

○ Valve body material: WCB (carbon steel), stainless steel 304, 316L

○ Bellows material: stainless steel, alloy steel, special steel

○ Bellows structure: multi-layer hydroformed metal bellows

○ Sealing form: full metal bellows seal + graphite auxiliary packing (double guarantee, zero external leakage)

○ Operating mode: Bevel gear transmission (reduces operating torque, facilitating large-diameter opening and closing)

○ Switch direction: Clockwise to Close (S.C. to Close)

○ Design standards: API 602 / BS 5352 / ASME B16.34

○ Structural length: Conforms to ASME B16.10 / GB/T 12221

○ Installation direction: low inlet and high outlet, ensuring tight closure and reducing erosion

Performance

○ Bevel gear transmission structure, which is labor-saving and suitable for large-diameter valves.

○ The bellows seal design ensures zero external leakage of the medium, providing safety and reliability.

○ The opening and closing torque is uniform and stable, ensuring no jamming or wear even after long-term use.

○ Strong resistance to high temperature and high pressure, suitable for a variety of harsh working conditions.

○ The valve body structure is sturdy and durable, with long corrosion and fatigue resistance lifespan.

Application

○ The cutoff control points that require manual operation in the large-diameter steam pipe network.

○ High-temperature, high-pressure, corrosive medium conveying pipeline system for petrochemical plants.

○ Manual regulating valves for main steam and bypass pipelines in boilers in the power industry.

○ In metallurgical factories, where high-flow cutoff of hot air or steam media is required.
